A leading property management firm in Bridgewater is seeking a Maintenance Technician for maintaining buildings and common areas. This role requires 2 years of experience in a maintenance position, preferably within property management. Ideal candidates will have knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC systems, and pool maintenance. Applicants should have a valid Driver’s License. The position involves both indoor and outdoor work, requiring physical stamina and teamwork skills.

Qualifications

  • 2 years of experience in a maintenance role, preferably in property management.
  • Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and pool equipment.
  • Valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain buildings and common areas as directed.
  • Obtain contractors and quotes for maintenance.
  • Troubleshoot maintenance problems and complete service requests.
  • Perform grounds work and light janitorial duties.
