Job Description
The Concierge is the face of the community and the primary point of contact for residents. It plays a vital role in shaping a positive resident experience by developing meaningful relationships, anticipating needs, and delivering outstanding service. The role exercises deep knowledge of the community - both inside and out - making them the go-to expert for all resident-related inquiries.
