- Coordinate and implement test cycles by assigning tasks, setting priorities, and monitoring progress
- Apply testing methodologies to manage test execution, document issues, and support defect triage
- Collaborate with Process Owners and Cross‑Functional Leads to define test scope and support coordinated testing
- Provide testing status updates to leadership, identify risks, and recommend mitigation strategies
- A related university degree and/or professional designation
- Minimum 7 years of directly related experience in testing, ERP, SCM, or similar domains
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to make decisions under tight timelines
- Ability to interpret Technical/Functional Build Documents to understand testing requirements
- Demonstrable ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and resources in a fast‑paced environment
- Working knowledge of Central Functions and/or Utility Policies and Procedures
- Knowledge of ERP functional and/or technical build (Oracle or Maximo)
- Experience with testing tools such as qTest, HP ALM, and JIRA
- Strong interpersonal, communication, negotiation, influence, and leadership skills
