Running full-cycle, weekly payroll for 75-100 staff members.
Reconciling payroll-related accounts and preparing reports as needed.
Ensuring compliance with employment standards and internal policies.
Managing vacation, sick time, statutory holiday tracking.
Supporting year-end payroll functions like T4s, ROEs.
Liaising with finance and HR teams as required.
