A retirement living company is seeking a dedicated Receptionist/Concierge to manage various accounting and clerical duties at a residence. This position requires strong organizational skills and the ability to maintain a secure environment. The ideal candidate will have a secondary school education, experience in office procedures, and be proficient in Word and Excel. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., with some flexibility required.
As a Receptionist/Concierge you will perform a variety of accounting functions as well as confidential clerical and receptionist duties associated with the daily operations at the residence, while consistently maintaining a safe and secure environment.
