The Engineer in Security Platform Engineering, Orchestration and Logistics team plays a critical role in shaping and communicating technical information, leading security platform projects, and providing data-driven insights through reports and dashboards. This role requires strong command of software tools such as Office 365, Power BI, and Jira, along with exceptional communication and project management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leverage expertise in Power BI, Office 365 applications (Excel, Visio, SharePoint), to visualize and analyze security metrics and project data, and manage information efficiently.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, processes, procedures, executive reports, and dashboards for cybersecurity projects.
- Understand application and infrastructure concepts, including cloud technologies, to incorporate security processes and document solutions.
- Collaborate with security engineering and development teams to align content strategy with project goals.
- Work with operations and support teams to understand operational challenges and improve efficiency.
- Consider the bank’s risk appetite and culture in daily activities and decisions.
- Ensure operational excellence and compliance with internal controls, policies, and risk management standards.
- Promote a high-performance, inclusive work environment.
Minimum Skills and Experience:
- Knowledge of network security, architecture, and security applications infrastructure.
- Proficiency in Office 365 tools and familiarity with Azure DevOps and cloud security.
- Experience with vulnerability, change, operational, and IT risk management.
- Strong communication, project management, and analytical skills.
- 5+ years in IT and 3+ years in security platform development.
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Optional but advantageous: experience with Linux, Shell scripting, Python, SQL, Ansible, and security certifications.
