Job summary

A governmental organization in the Metro Vancouver Regional District is seeking an administrative professional to oversee office procedures and ensure efficient workflow. The ideal candidate will have a secondary school graduation certificate and at least 7 months of relevant experience. Responsibilities include evaluating procedures, delegating tasks, budgeting, and coordinating office services. This position is strictly on-site with no remote option available.

  • Co-ordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance and security services
  • Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence
  • Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures
