What you’ll do

Be a part of the exciting business‑side of entertainment and content as a grad on the Bell Media team. During the program, you’ll be fast‑tracking your career at Canada’s premier multimedia company while networking and learning about all aspects of the media industry from experts in the field. A sample of what you could be involved in: Create and manage project plans and related documentation in accordance with established project management methodology, ensure successful execution of programs, engage and build strong relationships with project sponsors and stakeholders to incorporate their goals, and instill confidence to ensure alignment to and adoption of solutions, identify influences, trends and characteristics of the marketplace to prompt innovative new business efforts, assisting with the end‑to‑end sales processes and evaluating our performance and generating ideas so that we remain Canada’s #1 media company.

The Media Grad program is built on the four pillars of media: Make, Market, Monetize and Measure. You will have the opportunity to experience different facets of media over the course of 24 to 30 months.

What we’re looking for
  • You have a proven understanding and passion for media programming as well as entertainment, sports, news, radio, and pop culture content.
  • You are experienced in copywriting and script vetting.
  • You are extremely savvy in social media.
  • You can thrive an environment that is fast‑paced and demands trend‑setting creativity, as well as the ability to execute against challenging timelines.
Requirements
  • You have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or College/CEGEP diploma in Business or Communications with a specialization or interest in marketing, media, business analytics, economics or related fields.
  • You have less than three years of combined professional experience, excluding past internship experiences.
Technical Skills (you have some of the following)
  • High analytical. Ability to leverage data to build insights and recommendations.
  • Knowledge of or experience with CRM, CMS or marketing automation platforms.
Leadership Skills
  • You are a skilled communicator balancing urgency, empathy and integrity. You speak and write clearly and concisely, and you listen with the purpose of encouraging transparent dialogue.
  • You gain the trust of your teams, being known for demonstrating fairness and respect.
