In this role, you will engage with customers in real-time through our live chat system, answering questions, resolving issues, and ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience. Both full-time and part-time positions are available, offering flexibility for different schedules.
- Handle incoming live chat inquiries from customers in a professional and timely manner.
- Provide accurate information, troubleshoot issues, and guide customers through processes.
- Escalate technical or complex issues to higher-level support when necessary.
- Document interactions and maintain records in our customer management system.
- Stay updated with company products, policies, and updates to ensure effective support.
- Deliver a friendly, empathetic, and solution-oriented experience in every interaction.
- Strong written communication skills with excellent grammar and typing speed.
- Previous experience in live chat, customer service, or support roles preferred (not required).
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously.
- Tech-savvy with basic troubleshooting skills.
- Reliable internet connection and remote work setup.
- Positive attitude, patience, and problem-solving mindset.
- Pay: $28 – $40 per hour (depending on experience).
