The ideal candidate will have over 4 years of experience in real estate files including purchases, sales, mortgages, and refinancing, along with strong technical skills in Conveyancer and PC Law. Qualifications

  • Minimum of 4 years experience in real estate files including purchases, sales, mortgages, and refinancing.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee purchase and mortgage files from initiation to completion.
  • Prepare and review bank documents and coordinate essential documentation for closings.
  • Conduct and analyze title and off-title searches.

Skills

Strong technical skills in Conveyancer
