• Manage and maintain customer accounts, ensuring consistent communication and satisfaction.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls to support customer needs and drive sales.
• Accurately process orders and manage data entry using internal systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve customer experience.
• Stay informed on product offerings, particularly within the food/beverage industry.

• High School diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of experience in a phone-based customer service or sales role.
• Familiarity with account management practices in a professional setting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Comfortable using computers and navigating order entry systems.
• Prior experience in the coffee industry or specialty food sector is a plus.

• Schedule: Onsite, Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 4:30 PM.
• Compensation: $19-21/hr.
• Employment Type: 3-4 month contract
• Location: Remote (Must be located in central time zone)
