Schedule : Monday to Friday (Operational needs between 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM)

As the incumbent, the nurse will be assigned daily responsibilities based on operational needs.

Here's how

• Greet patients promptly and courteously upon arrival
• Perform and explain medical tests (audiogram, spirometry, vision tests, ECG, etc.)
• Collect blood samples and conduct tests as per protocols and doctor’s instructions
• Update and document adult vaccination records per protocols
• Assist with medication refill requests following doctor’s instructions
• Respond to urgent consultations with appropriate triage, advice, and referrals
• Document all patient communications accurately
• Maintain clean and functional examination rooms
• Perform quality checks on medical devices as per ISO standards
• Follow up on medical files diligently and prioritize accordingly
• Provide medical follow-up as requested by physicians
• Assist in occupational health and business services with specific medical tests
• Perform other related tasks as needed

Qualifications

Requirements:

• DEC or BAC in nursing
• Member of O.I.I.Q
• Minimum 1 year of relevant nursing experience
• Bilingual in spoken and written French and English
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure, prioritize, and work efficiently
• Good clinical judgment
• Initiative and resourcefulness
• Team-oriented attitude
• Diligent, autonomous, punctual
• Basic computer skills (Windows)

Basic English proficiency is required for interactions with external and internal parties in English, given the provincial scope of the role.

Salary Range : $26 - $48 per hour

Performance Bonus or Sales Incentive Plan : 0%
