We're Hiring : Associate Interior Designer (Contract-to-Hire)

Megan Crosbie Design is a full-service residential interior design studio known for thoughtful, elevated homes—and we're looking for an experienced Associate Interior Designer to join our small, collaborative team.

This is a contract position with potential for long-term, supporting all phases of our high-end residential projects. You’ll work directly with the principal designer and project manager on everything from early concepts to install days.

Key Responsibilities

Source finishes, furnishings, and fixtures

Produce CAD drawings, elevations, millwork packages

Prepare client presentations & finish schedules

Attend site visits and flag construction issues

Communicate with clients, contractors & vendors

Help with installs, sample library, and photo shoots

What We’re Looking For

2–4 years experience in residential design

Detail-oriented, resourceful, and organized

Comfortable attending site visits and managing project details

Valid driver’s license & access to a car
