This role involves developing strategies to increase shareholder engagement and requires strong analytical and communication skills. 10+ years of experience with a record of building positive relationships with investors.
Excellent understanding of securities disclosure rules.
Ability to occasionally travel for road shows and investor meetings.
Responsabilidades
Plan and execute a comprehensive external communications program.
Develop multi-year investor targeting and communication plans.
Write press releases and prepare materials for board meetings.

Understanding of capital markets
Ability to build relationships
Educación
Bachelor’s degree with CPA, CMA, or CGA designation
MBA (preferred)
