Qualifications

• 5+ years of engineering-related experience in complex construction projects.
• Experience in design or construction field on large complex civil projects.
• Demonstrated experience in alternative delivery projects.

Responsibilities

• Assist PM and engineering with drafting work scopes and man hour estimates.
• Generate design deliverables list and schedule for proposals.
• Monitor development of design deliverables, ensuring quality and timely completion.
• Conduct meetings, reviews, and prepare documentation.
• Assist in coordination of RFIs, submittals, and shop drawings.
