Responsibilities include planning, organizing, and ensuring projects are completed on schedule and budget. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in HVAC, Plumbing, and Fire Protection project management. Salary ranges from $110,000 to $140,000, with a full-time permanent role offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in project management in HVAC, Plumbing and Fire Protection is essential.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office applications is required.
• Must be able to manage project scopes, budgets, and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, direct, control, evaluate construction projects.
• Ensure compliance with specifications, schedule, and budget.
• Provide technical assistance and mentoring to staff.

Skills

Strong computer proficiency in MS Office applications

Knowledge of building construction, materials, methods, and codes

5+ years project management experience in HVAC, Plumbing and Fire Protection

Registered Professional Engineer or eligible for registration

Excellent computer skills including AutoCAD, Microsoft Word, Excel and Microsoft Projects

Solid ability to deliver projects on-time, on-budget, within specifications

Ability to read and interpret plans and technical specifications

Ability to manage vendor relationships and performance

Knowledge of WorkSafeBC regulations

Attention to detail and accuracy
