Job summary
A leading immigration services firm is seeking a remote immigration attorney to provide legal strategy and support throughout the client process. You'll work closely with Immigration Specialists and the Technology team to enhance processes and offer innovative solutions. The ideal candidate has over 3 years of experience in business immigration, with expertise in both non-immigrant and immigrant filings.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as a business immigration attorney.
- Experience with non-immigrant and immigrant filings.
- Experience working with Paralegals and/or Immigration Specialists.
Responsibilities
- Provide legal support from kick-off to petition filing.
- Review submissions and responses prepared by specialists.
- Develop processes for additional product offerings.
