• Provide 24/7 network technical support for financial solutions, managing client and vendor interactions
• Execute network changes during weekends and maintenance windows for minimal disruption

• Collaborate with data center support for equipment management and service requests

• Minimum of 6 years of experience with routing protocols and their applications
• Proficient in diagnosing network issues using packet capture software
• Extensive knowledge of network security mechanisms, including IDS, IPS, and firewalls
• Experience in designing, implementing, maintaining, and administering enterprise networks
• Skilled in documenting networks with Microsoft Visio and managing Windows services

• Hands‑on experience with Cisco hardware and Palo Alto Networks
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Bash, Python, or Perl
• Knowledge of redundancy models in data centers
• Experience conducting trend analysis to predict network performance issues
