A leading automotive company in Canada is seeking an experienced Regional Sales Director to oversee a multi-layered sales organization. This role involves leading Zone Managers and Area Sales Managers, driving growth, and ensuring strategic execution across the region. Dorman Canada is seeking an experienced and dynamic sales leader to serve as our RegionalSalesDirector. This high‑impact role oversees a multi‑layered sales organization—including Zone Managers (ZMs), Area Sales Managers (ASMs), and Area Sales Representatives (ASRs)—with responsibility for driving growth, strengthening customer partnerships, and executing Dorman’s traditional‑channel strategy across the region. This role is based in Canada and must be located within an hour of a major airport to accommodate the travel requirements.
