A luxury menswear retailer in Mississauga is seeking a polished professional to engage clients and create tailored fashion experiences. The role involves building long-term customer relationships and providing exceptional service in an exclusive boutique environment. Candidates must be flexible, service-driven, and passionate about menswear. This position operates on an appointment basis with a schedule from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., requiring some flexibility for evening appointments.
Client Engagement & Relationship Building: Create memorable, tailored experiences for each customer. Proactively reach out to clients with updates on new arrivals, promotions, and appointments, ensuring they feel valued beyond their time in-store.
Expert Styling & Presentation: Advise on wardrobe choices that reflect both personal style and the boutique’s elevated aesthetic. Demonstrate deep product knowledge and a refined sense of fashion.
Business Development: Nurture repeat business through exceptional service and ongoing client follow-up. Rather than relying solely on walk-in traffic, take ownership of building and growing a personal book of clients.
Appointment-Based Service: Accommodate clients’ schedules, sometimes requiring flexibility to remain after regular hours to provide uninterrupted, private service.
Luxury Representation: Uphold the prestige of the boutique, ensuring every interaction reflects discretion, professionalism, and attention to detail.
A polished and confident professional with a passion for luxury fashion and an eye for detail.
Experienced in high-end or premium retail, with a background in delivering elevated client experiences.
Skilled in developing and maintaining long-term client relationships, with proven success in driving repeat business.

You will have the chance to work with discerning clients who value expertise and authenticity, in a boutique setting that emphasizes exclusivity and one-on-one service. Schedule: Five days per week, 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with flexibility required for evening appointments as needed.
