Job summary
A leading crypto company is seeking a Sr. Director, Head of Design, Consumer to raise the UX bar and shape financial product interactions. The role demands hands-on leadership over a team of designers and expertise in crypto or trading. Emphasizing user experience, you'll drive innovative designs tailored for both newcomer and experienced investors. The position is fully remote, offering a unique opportunity to redefine product excellence in the financial sector.
Qualifications
- Experience leading and scaling product design teams of 8-15+ in high-growth environments.
- Experience in wealth, investment, or fintech products.
- Ability to jump into Figma and model excellent craft.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of 10 designers and shape UX for financial products.
- Define and communicate the design vision and long-term UX strategy.
- Create experiences that work for both newcomers and sophisticated investors.
