• Conduct thorough research to assess patients' healthcare needs and effective communication strategies
• Collaborate with a Community Account Executive to engage healthcare providers and facilities
• Build and maintain relationships with community providers to enhance patient experience
• Meet or exceed established monthly engagement targets

• Associate's degree or 3+ years of progressive career growth
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, patient engagement, community outreach, or customer service in the healthcare industry
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Strong active listening, written, and verbal communication skills
• Detail-oriented with excellent documentation skills and a professional demeanor

• Bilingual in Spanish, Mandarin, or another language
• Experience in a contact center environment
• Familiarity with CRM and EMR tools
