Our client is looking for a UI/UX Designer (WCAG, FIGMA, A/B Testing) Remote Across Canada
- 5+ years of professional UX/UI design experience
- Strong portfolio demonstrating enterprise-level projects, complex data-entry workflows, and design systems
- Advanced proficiency with Figma (prototyping, collaborative workflows, component libraries)
- Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and validation methods (interviews, A/B testing, analytics)
- Knowledge of WCAG 2.1+ standards and inclusive design practices
- Proven ability to work independently and manage priorities with minimal supervision
- Hands-on experience running UX research sessions and workshops
- Prior experience designing UX solutions for financial institutions
- Comfortable bringing stakeholders together and sharing insights in a clear, engaging way
- End-to-end UX expertise (discovery, design, validation, delivery)
- Wireframing, prototyping, and UI design for web and mobile applications
- Collaboration with developers for high-quality implementation and QA
- Contributing to and evolving design systems
- Presenting design rationale and research findings to business and technical audiences
