About the role
This is a full-time role: working 40 to 50 hours a week
What you'll do
- Utilize driver data to understand driver behavior and areas for improvement in our driver communication and incentive programs that will provide better supply coverage through scheduling.
- Develop & Optimize all processes related to Scheduling.
- Manage driver relationships, identify & attack problem areas for drivers to encourage better driver retention and engagement.
- Manage the day-to-day issues of hundreds/thousands of drivers on our system.
- Take ownership of the schedule to help ensure Uride’s growth in our existing and expansion markets. This means doing whatever it takes to ensure coverage where it is needed.
- The Employer and employee will discuss and set KPI’s per market based on individual market needs.
