Job summary

A transportation service provider is seeking a full-time Scheduling Manager to enhance driver relationships and optimize scheduling processes. About the role

This is a full-time role: working 40 to 50 hours a week

What you'll do
  • Utilize driver data to understand driver behavior and areas for improvement in our driver communication and incentive programs that will provide better supply coverage through scheduling.
  • Develop & Optimize all processes related to Scheduling.
  • Manage driver relationships, identify & attack problem areas for drivers to encourage better driver retention and engagement.
  • Manage the day-to-day issues of hundreds/thousands of drivers on our system.
  • Take ownership of the schedule to help ensure Uride’s growth in our existing and expansion markets. This means doing whatever it takes to ensure coverage where it is needed.
  • The Employer and employee will discuss and set KPI’s per market based on individual market needs.
