Job summary
A leading customer service provider is seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Representative to provide telephonic support in French and English. You will handle inquiries, maintain compliance with policies, and contribute to service improvement. Candidates should have 1-3 years of call center experience. The role offers a competitive pay range of $19.50 - $20.50 per hour and a supportive environment for diverse employees.

Responsibilities
