Sensiba is always looking for top talent to add to our integrated team of experts. We are seeking a highly organized and tech-savvy Marketing Operations Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and refining our marketing technology stack, ensuring optimal utilization of platforms such as HubSpot, ZoomInfo, Google Analytics, WordPress, Digital Asset Management (DAM) system, and more. You will be instrumental in establishing seamless integration between these systems, implementing automation and segmentation, and maintaining excellent data hygiene practices.

Position Summary :
As the Marketing Operations Manager, you will play a key role in establishing reporting methodologies, lead scoring techniques, and attribution models to effectively track and report on our key performance indicators (KPIs). Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams and our CRM administrator, you will ensure alignment between systems and provide recommendations for enhancing campaigns, processes, and overall marketing strategy.
