As an HR/Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will have the opportunity to contribute to various HR initiatives and programs, supporting talent acquisition, talent management, employee engagement, data analytics, and more. Responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition:
- Assist in full-cycle recruiting process for junior roles
- Participate in hiring events
- Ensure positive candidate experience
- Support implementation of new talent acquisition technology solutions
- Provide ongoing support after project completion
- Surveys:
- Manage Employee Voice Engagement Survey platform
- Conduct surveys for hiring managers and candidates
- Analyze results and make recommendations
- HRIS and Data Support (UKG):
- Create and manage regular and ad hoc reporting
- Support data analytics projects
- Serve as point of contact for special projects
- Troubleshoot employee issues on the platform
- General Support:
- Provide administrative support and project assistance
- Develop content for People related communications
- Conduct audits across people policies and processes
- Act as administrator to the HR hub
- Facilitate employee requests and questions
- Conduct ad-hoc research for projects
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of HR experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Experience with HRIS and ATS systems
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Demonstrates alignment with employer's values and mission-driven culture
Working Conditions:
- Remote work environment with occasional office meetings
- Fast-paced environment with multiple projects and deadlines
- Based in British Columbia, Alberta, Manitoba, Saskatchewan, Ontario, Nova Scotia or willing to relocate
