HR/Talent Acquisition Specialist (Remote)

Job Description

Req#: HRTAL001335 Join our team at employer and be part of a dynamic and mission-driven organization. As an HR/Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will have the opportunity to contribute to various HR initiatives and programs, supporting talent acquisition, talent management, employee engagement, data analytics, and more. This role offers room for growth and development in the people domain.

Responsibilities:
  1. Talent Acquisition:
    • Assist in full-cycle recruiting process for junior roles
    • Participate in hiring events
    • Ensure positive candidate experience
    • Support implementation of new talent acquisition technology solutions
    • Provide ongoing support after project completion
  2. Surveys:
    • Manage Employee Voice Engagement Survey platform
    • Conduct surveys for hiring managers and candidates
    • Analyze results and make recommendations
  3. HRIS and Data Support (UKG):
    • Create and manage regular and ad hoc reporting
    • Support data analytics projects
    • Serve as point of contact for special projects
    • Troubleshoot employee issues on the platform
  4. General Support:
    • Provide administrative support and project assistance
    • Develop content for People related communications
    • Conduct audits across people policies and processes
    • Act as administrator to the HR hub
    • Facilitate employee requests and questions
    • Conduct ad-hoc research for projects
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 5+ years of HR experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
  • Experience with HRIS and ATS systems
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Demonstrates alignment with employer's values and mission-driven culture
Working Conditions:
  • Remote work environment with occasional office meetings
  • Fast-paced environment with multiple projects and deadlines
  • Based in British Columbia, Alberta, Manitoba, Saskatchewan, Ontario, Nova Scotia or willing to relocate
