Turnaround & Restructuring Senior Consultant — Hybrid
Job summary
A leading consulting firm in Vancouver is seeking a Senior Consultant to join their Turnaround & Restructuring team. This role involves conducting financial analysis, contributing to the restructuring of companies, and managing formal insolvency proceedings. Candidates should have 2-5 years of relevant experience and strong problem-solving skills. A CPA designation is a plus. The expected salary range is $65,500 to $102,500, with a hybrid work model offered.
Qualifications
- 2-5 years of experience in restructuring and insolvency at a recognized professional firm.
- Ability to interpret and apply the Companies’ Creditors Arrangement Act (CCAA) and Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act (BIA).
- Demonstrated skill in managing conflicting tasks and priorities.
Responsibilities
- Conduct financial analysis and develop complex financial models.
- Contribute to restructuring and refinancing of underperforming companies.
- Manage the administration of formal proceedings as per CCAA and BIA.
