Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in restructuring and insolvency at a recognized professional firm.
• Ability to interpret and apply the Companies’ Creditors Arrangement Act (CCAA) and Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act (BIA).
• Demonstrated skill in managing conflicting tasks and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct financial analysis and develop complex financial models.
• Contribute to restructuring and refinancing of underperforming companies.
• Manage the administration of formal proceedings as per CCAA and BIA.
