Summary: Prepare food according to federal, state, and corporate standards, ensuring quality service at all times.

• Prepare high-quality food items following standardized recipes and instructions.
• Serve meals or prepare for delivery, ensuring correct portioning, temperature, and presentation.
• Use established ticket procedures during service and maintain records.
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and storage areas, following safe food handling procedures.
• Operate and maintain kitchen equipment.
• Assist with production planning, record keeping, and ordering supplies.
• Report maintenance issues or accidents immediately.
• Attend safety meetings and maintain good relationships with team members.
• Adhere to safety standards and company policies, including proper use of protective equipment.
