Our Auto Centre Teams provide a one-stop shop for auto claims, aiming to build long-lasting customer relationships through personalized service.

If you are compassionate, analytical, and customer-oriented, we want you on our team. As an Auto Claims Advisor, you will support customers through the claims process, ensuring their needs are met during challenging times.

Responsibilities include :

• Managing customer claims from start to finish, including towing arrangements and coverage explanations
• Gathering and verifying information to resolve claims thoroughly
• Reconciling estimates to ensure fair settlements
• Contributing to team productivity and collaborating with internal and external partners

Qualifications :

• One or more years of claims adjusting experience preferred; industry interest welcomed
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Strong time management and ability to handle a fast-paced environment
• Negotiation skills and support for process improvements
• Active pursuit of relevant certifications (e.g., CIP) is a plus; provincial licensing may be required
