Pay: $21 an hour – Job type: Full-time (Seasonal Spring/Summer 2026) – Location: Jasper, AB

Role & Responsibilities

• Assist Inputting and receiving of orders for Chalet, Altitude, Staff Camp, GVL & Starbucks
• Assist the Food & Beverage Coordinator with Inventory preparedness for CIF Food & Beverage and Starbucks
• Run RTP reports daily for buffet numbers, double check with dispatch numbers are accurate and hand deliver to Executive Chef, FB Manager and Outlets Manager
• Provide administrative support as required
• Have a thorough understanding of Monthly inventory documents as well as assisting in inventory count, including invoice coding, inventory input and inventory reconciliation with the Food & Beverage Coordinator
• Other duties as assigned

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Must get excited at the idea of living and working in a remote (yet very social) environment
• 3+ years of Food & Beverage experience
• Extensive computer knowledge
• Understanding of inventory procedures and systems
• Micros/Optimum knowledge
• Cash handling experience
• Proven ability to handle training and hiring
