A regional municipality is seeking a Park Host for the Kleskun Hills Campground to manage day use and campground operations. Responsibilities include maintaining cleanliness, handling customer requests, and ensuring the campground runs smoothly. Candidates should possess strong customer service skills, physical endurance, and a valid Class 5 driver's license. The position comes with a County-provided mobile home and an annual salary of $21,249.03.
The County of Grande Prairie seeks a Park Host(s) for the Kleskun Hills Campground & Park to support ongoing operations of the Parks & Recreation department. Located 20 km northeast of Grande Prairie, the campground is adjacent to the Kleskun Hill Historical Village and Provincial Natural Area and is an area of Indigenous cultural significance. The Park Host will be responsible for day use and campground maintenance and must enjoy working outdoors and interacting with the public daily. The Park Host must reside on site year-round in a County-provided mobile home. This contract is for a one-year term with a probationary period. An individual or couple can fill the position.
