What You’ll Do

• Design and develop graphics for multiple platforms, includingdigital (web, social, digital screens)andprint materials.
• Execute and optimizeemail marketing campaigns, including A/B testing to maximize engagement and conversion.
• Produce marketing materials for print, includingin-store signage, flyers, and catalogs.
• Manage in-house printing while coordinating with external vendors for large-scale projects.
• Stay on top ofdesign trends and software advancementsto enhance creativity and performance.
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to ensure brand consistency across all channels.
• Maintain a high level of detail and organization while managing multiple projects and deadlines.

Who You Are

• Creative, detail-oriented, and a strong communicator who can deliver a consistent, professional, and fun brand identity.
• Skilled inAdobe Creative Suite(Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign),Canva.
• Familiar with email marketing platforms likeKlaviyo(asset) and e-commerce platforms likeShopify(asset).
• Knowledge ofFieryis an asset.
• Experienced inemail campaign strategyandoptimization.
• Experience withMonday.com is an asset.
• Post-secondary education in graphic design or related field.
• A team player who thrives in a collaborative, dynamic environment.
