The AVP, Systems & Data Transformation is a critical leadership role responsible for driving HSB Canada’s digital, systems, and data transformation agenda. The objective of this role is to design and execute a multi-year digital and data strategy, modernize core platforms, advance cloud and automation initiatives, and establish strong enterprise data governance. The AVP works closely with business leaders, IT, and global partners to deliver scalable, customer‑centric solutions, ensure effective data utilization, and support organizational growth through innovative digital capabilities.
