• 4+ years of hands‑on experience in performance marketing or user acquisition across Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, and StackAdapt.
• Proven record of managing large‑scale budgets and delivering measurable performance growth.
• Deep understanding of bid strategy, audience segmentation, and campaign optimisation.
• Experience with mobile app marketing, including AppsFlyer tracking and post‑install event optimisation.
• Strong collaboration skills ‑ especially with creative and content teams.
• Analytical mindset and comfort with data interpretation and actionable insights.
• Expertise in A/B testing, funnel optimisation, and ROAS improvement.
• Bonus points for experience in iGaming, familiarity with S2S setups, and hands‑on use of AppsFlyer, Meta Pixel, or TikTok Events API.
