Our Technology Risk Services team is growing, and we are looking for an SAP Risk Consulting Manager to join our team in Toronto. The practice provides various services to our clients, focusing primarily on IT Advisory and Assurance for clients running SAP in sectors like Financial Services, Technology, Telecom, and Public Sector. The role involves performing SAP audit activities in both internal and external audit settings.
What You Will Do
- Perform internal and external audits on SAP related to IT general controls and automated business process controls.
- Support automation of SAP audit procedures.
- Review systems for controls, security, operational considerations, conversion issues, and project management.
- Manage engagement risk quality assurance through file review, planning, development, and monitoring.
- Deliver multiple client engagements of varying size and complexity.
- Participate in business development, increasing awareness of SAP services, developing relationships, and pursuing opportunities.
- Conduct interviews, write reports, and communicate regularly with clients and team members.
- Lead field engagement teams, coach, and mentor junior staff.
What You Bring To The Role
- University degree in Business or Computer Science.
- SAP Certifications.
- 5-10 years of relevant experience with SAP systems and processes, including :
- Financial statement audits and ICFR engagements.
- Experience with SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, FIORI, GRC, IDM.
- SAP security tools and accelerators.
- Experience in a medium-large consulting practice is an asset.
- Strong understanding of SAP implementation project management.
- Experience evaluating process controls within SAP transformation projects.
- Experience in SAP risk and security consulting practice development is an asset.
- Ability to work independently and in teams.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail, organization, and analytical skills.
- Understanding of business and audit risks.
- High confidence, enthusiasm, and drive. Willing to travel within Canada and internationally.
