Qualifications

  • Experience in the construction industry preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Perform Energy Audits in accordance with NRCan standards.
  • Help clients understand all related steps to an Energy Audit.
  • Learn about services offered by AmeriSpec Inspection Services.
  • Must be available to work weekdays and some evenings.

Skills

Proficient computer skills
Basic knowledge of residential building materials
Strong attention to detail

Education

CEA (Certified Energy Advisor) designation
Passed foundation or Energy Advisor exams
