We are looking for Solutions Architects with experience and expertise in designing and implementing complex systems and solutions. You will be responsible for providing leadership, designing, and implementing enterprise-level systems and solutions for our Financial Services clients in the Greater Toronto Area.

Work environment: Hybrid (3 days in office/week)

- Lead strategy and transformation, migration roadmap based on client needs and industry trends.
- Facilitate technical solution discussions with platform architects, technology teams, developers, and business stakeholders.
- Produce effort estimates, define scope, deliverables, and timelines.
- Embrace CI/CD and Agile practices in client engagements.
- Lead, mentor, and coach the technical team on client projects.
- Develop and promote best practices and intellectual property.
- Maintain close relationships with clients.
- Adapt to dynamic work environments, prioritize changing client needs, and deliver successful results.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
- Minimum 10 years of development/architecture experience.
- At least 5 years of experience designing and architecting scalable, secure enterprise systems using Java and/or Microsoft Technologies.
- Strong knowledge in technologies such as Angular/React, Java, C#, .NET, JavaScript, REST APIs, JSON, XML, SOAP, SQL, and cloud platforms like AWS/Azure.
- Experience with web development and deployment in cloud environments.
- Understanding of API design and performance optimization.
- Experience with OpenShift and Kubernetes.
- Strong client-facing skills to articulate complex solutions.
- Research skills to create roadmaps, review solutions, and provide recommendations.
- Experience with CI/CD, DevOps pipelines, and Agile practices.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
- Knowledge of Enterprise Architecture frameworks (Zachman, TOGAF).
- Cloud Architect certifications such as AWS Solution Architect (Associate or Professional).
- Ability to work independently and in team environments.
Preference for candidates with AWS, GCP, or AML/Fraud expertise.
