Overview

We are recruiting Workshop Technicians/ Trailer fitters, to join our friendly workshop team based at our Newmarket Workshop.

As a Turners' employee, you will be required to demonstrate skill, professionalism and excellent communication skills. Working for us you can expect to develop working relationships with your team, alongside other staff members that strive to create a welcoming and comfortable environment for all. Turners can take on candidates with limited experience in vehicle repairs, provided you are willing and keen to learn.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities will include the repair and maintenance of our fleet of vehicles and trailers. You would be working on a variety of trailer and vehicle types to include Tank, Refrigerated and Containers.

Qualifications

• Some previous mechanical experience is required.
• A Class 1 Licence is preferred but not essential.
• The appropriate training and personal protective equipment will be supplied.

Shift patterns

Early, Late and Night shifts available.
