Job summary

A global technology platform in Montreal is seeking a Buying Coordinator for Womenswear to support Buyers in a dynamic retail environment. The ideal candidate will manage purchase orders, contribute to market analysis, and generate sales reports. Must have a Bachelor's degree, a year of relevant experience, and be proficient in Excel and Google Sheets with excellent communication skills in both French and English. Qualifications

  • A minimum of one year of relevant experience, preferably within the fashion and retail industry.
  • Intermediate level in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
  • Availability to come to the office twice a week (Tuesdays and Wednesdays).

Responsibilities

  • Ensure timely and accurate entry of purchase orders in compliance with department standards.
  • Maintain strong cross-departmental communication to facilitate smooth operations.
  • Contribute to the development of the industry report by highlighting new trends and brands.
  • Generate accurate weekly intercross-departmental sales data reports.
