A leading wildlife safety organization is seeking a Wildlife Monitor for various remote sites across Northern Canada. This casual position involves assessing wildlife risks and implementing vital safety measures to protect personnel in unique Arctic environments. Candidates should have a strong knowledge of northern wildlife, relevant certifications, and a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role. You’ll travel to remote northern sites, assess wildlife risks, and implement safety measures to prevent dangerous encounters. This role is ideal for individuals with experience in wilderness safety, wildlife deterrent handling, and northern operations.
