Qualifications

• Must hold at least one of the specified water sports qualifications.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Deliver enjoyable, effective, and safe learning experiences outdoors.
• Support cadets in achieving boating qualifications.
• Participate in planning and executing training programs.

Skills

Experience in delivering safe learning in outdoor environments

RYA Dinghy Instructor/Senior Instructor certification

RYA Powerboat Instructor certification

Paddlesport Instructor qualification

UKCC Level 2 Rowing Coach certification

Knowledge of routine boat maintenance
