Qualifications

• 5 years’ experience with Veolia WTS systems or equivalent industry experience.
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical components.
• Working knowledge of PLC controls and ability to read logic.

Responsibilities

• Provide world-class support to ES install base customers.
• Manage customer issues to closure during regular & after hours.
• Drive feedback to engineering for product delivery improvement.
