This posting is for a Warehouse & Materials Coordinator at SSR Mining – Seabee Gold Operation (SGO).

About Your New Role

Reporting to the Supervisor, Supply Chain, the Warehouse & Materials Coordinator is responsible for shipping and receiving of goods and ensuring accuracy of receipt/shipping with documentation to and from the mine site.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Receiving and distributing materials shipped to site, comparing received POs to database entries in SAP.
  • Shipping material off site and completing necessary paperwork.
  • Maintaining site warehousing using max/min system, managing inventory yards, processing departmental internal inventory issuances, and performing inventory counts.
  • Handling/transports explosives.
  • Work is approximately 50% indoors and 50% outdoors.
Your Knowledge And Skills
  • Knowledge of supply chain principles and industry best practices.
  • Ability to work effectively within budget guidelines and meet required deadlines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong computer skills, including extensive knowledge with ERP platforms.
Your Education And Experience

The successful candidate will have:

  • Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in warehouse and materials management.
  • Experience with SAP.
Working Conditions

This position has a schedule of 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off at a remote camp. You will be required to fly in/out with pick-up points in Saskatoon, Prince Albert, and La Ronge.
