Job description

You know that feeling you get when you’re in your groove, moving things a long and you know it’s going to be a productive day? Or when, at the end of your shift, you get home and your muscles are a bit achy – but in that good way that makes you feel like you got stuff done? If this is something that excites you, you’ll be happy to hear that we’re hiring!

We’re looking for an Entry LevelWarehouse Associate with a roll-up-your-sleeves, “get it done” attitude to workout of our Red Deer Distribution Centre.

A little about what you’ll do:

  • Moving, lifting, picking, packing, shipping and receiving (say that five times fast!) in a friendly, clean and fast-paced environment
  • Work with user-friendly equipment and technology
  • You’ll need to lift and carry heavy merchandise on a regular basis
  • Keep things moving, efficiently and accurately
  • Stay on top of safe material handling procedures and techniques
  • Must be comfortable working on ladders and heights
  • Restock shelves with received freight
  • Using RF scanning guns
  • Using bailer and compactor
  • Clean up and keep tidy as you work
  • Follow all safety guidelines, policies and procedures
  • All other associated tasks as assigned by the Warehouse Manager.

  • Some experience in a warehouse setting would be great, but we’ll provide training if you’re the right fit
