Quest Audio Visual is Canada’s premier audio visual provider for live corporate conventions, trade shows and events. We are currently looking for Driver/Warehouse Technicians. At Quest Audio Visual, our meticulous attention to detail shows in the outcome of each project. We do it right!

Key Job Responsibilities:

Driver: Reports to the warehouse manager, performs deliveries and pick ups as required by the company while working directly with suppliers, warehouse and logistics in order to provide superior customer service. Warehouse Assists with various warehouse responsibilities including scanning, packing and loading. Receiving inbound product and ensuring that all quality standards are achieved 100%;

Equipment Security/ Maintenance: Execute the proper security, storage and maintenance of equipment

Customer Service: Provide excellent service and strive to exceed the expectations and needs of internal and external customers. Maintain a positive relationship with all clients through effective communication.

Technical Ability: Understands the technical aspects of the job and demonstrates intermediate operational ability to troubleshoot and problem solve with hardware and software.

Operational Processes: Understands company processes, follows procedures and completes paperwork accurately and on time.

Requirements

Qualifications: Experience in handling events, working with both internal and external customers, warehouse experience a plus.

  • Possess a valid G driver’s license in good standing
  • Ability to drive 16-24' Trucks
  • Ability to work in Teams under high stress and fast paced environments
  • Must have outstanding customer service skills along with technical knowledge
  • Current computer skills and knowledge a must
  • Detail oriented, decision-making and problem solving ability
  • Must be able to accommodate a flexible work schedule to include nights and weekends.
  • Heavy lifting will be required.
  • Previous audio/visual experience is an asset.
