We are partnering with a long-standing, national distributor in the construction and industrial products space to hire a Warehouse Associate for their Surrey operation.

This is a hands-on role suited for someone who takes pride in accuracy, organization, and teamwork, and who enjoys working in a fast-paced warehouse environment that directly supports customers and branch operations.

Responsibilities

As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for receiving, picking, packing, and shipping customer orders while maintaining a safe, organized, and efficient warehouse. Attention to detail is critical, as this role plays a key part in delivering a high level of customer service.

The Role

Key Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for pickup or shipment
• Receive incoming shipments and customer returns, verifying quantities and condition
• Load and unload trucks using forklifts and other material handling equipment
• Accurately enter receiving and inventory information into the system
• Identify and report inventory discrepancies, damaged, or special-order material
• Complete shipping documentation, including third-party carrier paperwork
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organization, and safety standards
• Support counter staff as needed during busy periods
• Follow all health and safety procedures

Qualifications
