Qualifications

• At least 5 years’ recent (re)insurance experience in financial reporting, accounting, or auditing role.
• 2 years of demonstrable people management experience preferred.
• Significant knowledge of the Bermuda insurance market and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary contact for clients and lead service delivery.
• Oversee preparation of financial statements for clients.
• Ensure compliance with contractual obligations.

Skills

Strong financial reporting and analytical skills

Advanced computer literacy skills including Excel, Word, PowerPoint

Strong technical knowledge of IFRS and U.S. GAAP

People management experience

Ability to manage teams and multitask

Education

Accounting designation (CA, CPA, ACA, ACCA)
