A recruitment firm in Ontario is seeking a Virtual Recruiter responsible for recruiting childcare staff and managing the interview process. Ideal candidates have over 6 months of recruiting experience, especially in education or childcare, and post-secondary education in HR or a related field. The role is part-time (10-15 hours/week) with a competitive hourly rate of $18.00 plus commission, focusing on creating effective recruitment strategies and managing onboarding processes.

As a Virtual Recruiter, you will be responsible for actively recruiting child care staff, managing and maintaining the interview process and onboarding staff to meet the demands of Sentient’s continual growth in markets across Ontario.

To be successful in this position, you must have 6+ months of experience working in a recruiter role,preferably in the education or childcare sector.
