As a Virtual Chief Information Officer (vCIO), you'll act as a trusted advisor to our clients, building strong executive-level relationships and aligning IT strategy with business goals. You'll lead conversations around innovation, budgeting, risk management, and digital transformation—ensuring technology delivers measurable value.

What You'll Do
  • Serve as the strategic point of contact for client leadership teams
  • Develop IT roadmaps, budgets, and lifecycle management plans
  • Conduct business reviews and strategic planning sessions (QBR / MBR)
  • Guide clients on cybersecurity, cloud solutions, and IT standards
  • Translate technical concepts into clear, business-focused language
  • Collaborate with alignment teams to ensure best practices are followed
  • Identify opportunities for innovation and operational maturity growth
What We're Looking For
  • Proven experience in IT leadership, consulting, or account management (MSP experience a plus)
  • Strong understanding of business strategy and how technology supports it
  • Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure, and IT infrastructure best practices
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to manage multiple client engagements and priorities
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or related field preferred
  • 5+ years of relevant IT or strategic consulting experience
