The Vice President, Systemized Solutions is a trusted partner to financial advisors, helping them design and implement effective investment management process through a structured, consultative process. This role blends portfolio construction expertise, advisor engagement, and sales enablement to deliver scalable, systemized solutions that enhance advisor practices and client outcomes.

You will lead a series of collaborative meetings with advisors to evaluate their current investment management process, design customized portfolio frameworks, and guide implementation strategies. Success in this role requires deep technical knowledge, strong communication skills, and the ability to translate complex concepts into actionable solutions.

Is this role right for you? In this role you will:

Advisor Engagement & Facilitation
  • Lead a structured Portfolio Consulting Program consisting of multiple meetings
  • Diagnose advisors’ existing business structure and investment process; identify gaps and opportunities for improvement.
  • Design customized Investment Management Frameworks aligned with advisor client bases and investment preferences.
  • Develop and guide transition strategies to implement recommended portfolio solutions.
  • Conduct one-on-one, group, and branch meetings to promote and deliver the program.
  • Provide thought leadership on portfolio construction, risk management, and investment trends.
  • Perform detailed portfolio analysis, including allocation, structure, and risk diagnostics.
  • Deliver clear, actionable insights through analytical reports and presentations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Quant, Sales, Marketing) to enhance program capabilities.
  • Build and maintain consulting-based relationships with advisors and key stakeholders.
  • Partner with wholesalers and regional leaders to drive program adoption and enrollment targets.
  • Represent the firm at industry events and conferences to elevate brand presence.

Education and Professional Experience:

  • 10+ years in portfolio construction, investment consulting, or advisor-facing roles within financial services.
  • CFA, CIM or CAIA designation preferred
  • Degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or related field
